Extremely disappointed (faulty after 1 month)I’m extremely disappointed with the Shark FlexStyle. After just 1.5 months of very careful use, the device has become unusable. The buttons no longer respond properly, the airflow suddenly switches from hot to cold, and the power fluctuates from max to minimum on its own. This is not a filter issue—I cleaned it regularly as instructed. Unfortunately, can’t attach the video here to show the malfunctioning. I had been wanting this product for over a year, and I was genuinely excited about it. But the fact that it broke so soon has been incredibly disheartening. If you're considering this product, be aware that your experience may be great—until something goes wrong.
